Tostaguac (or Tostaquac) or tostadas

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 corn tortilla, shell (baked or fried until crispy and hot)
  • 2 tablespoons taco meat, heated (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons shredded lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon diced tomato
  • 1 tablespoon crumbled queso fresco
  • 1 tablespoon guacamole
  • 1/4 cup heated refried can beans

Recipe

  • Pour the refried beans in a pot then spread with spoon turn on flame and heat it.
  • Stir for around 7-8 minutes then it becomes ceamy turn off the flame. 
  • place all  ingredient on crispy tostada shell and serve warm, with salsa .
