Mexican Fudge

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 20
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup jalapeno pepper, chopped
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten

Recipe

  • 1 put half of cheese on bottom of pan.
  • 2 mix together salsa, jalapenos, and eggs; pour on top of cheese.
  • 3 top mixture with rest of cheese.
  • 4 bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
  • 5 let stand for 5 minutes.
  • 6 cut into squares.
