Ingredients

- 200 g tuna fish, 200g
- 200 g cream cheese, 200g
- mayonnaise
- lemon juice or lime juice
- salt and black pepper
Recipe
- 1 drain the tuna.
- 2 mix well with the cream cheese.
- 3 stir in two or three tablespoons of mayonnaise.
- 4 add a good squeeze of lime or lemon juice and salt and black pepper to taste.
- 5 chill.
- 6 can be made the day before, it is even better.
- 7 also great made with salmon.
- 8 you can use the low fat low cal versions of cream cheese and mayonnaise if you prefer.
- 9 serve with a selection of crunchy veggies.
