Tuna Dip

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 200 g tuna fish, 200g
  • 200 g cream cheese, 200g
  • mayonnaise
  • lemon juice or lime juice
  • salt and black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 drain the tuna.
  • 2 mix well with the cream cheese.
  • 3 stir in two or three tablespoons of mayonnaise.
  • 4 add a good squeeze of lime or lemon juice and salt and black pepper to taste.
  • 5 chill.
  • 6 can be made the day before, it is even better.
  • 7 also great made with salmon.
  • 8 you can use the low fat low cal versions of cream cheese and mayonnaise if you prefer.
  • 9 serve with a selection of crunchy veggies.
