- 1 whole wheat pita bread
- 1 cup firm tofu
- 1/2 apple
- 1 tablespoon light cream cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Recipe
- 1 cut apple into thin slices. cut tofu into small cubes and saute both with garlic powder.
- 2 spread cream cheese onto pita and add apple and tofu.
