Polish Doughnut Holes

Total Time: 19 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 4 mins

Ingredients

  • vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 1 biscuit dough (any variety, the "pillsbury flake rolls" tasted the best!)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil to 450.
  • 2 cut individual biscuits into quarters.
  • 3 place in oil for 2 minutes.
  • 4 turn dough over using a fork.
  • 5 cook an additional 2 minutes.
  • 6 drain and place on a paper towel for a moment.
  • 7 combine sugar and cinnamon in a large bag.
  • 8 while still hot, place doughnuts in cinnamon sugar and shake.
  • 9 best served hot.
