Polish Doughnut Holes

Ingredients
- vegetable oil (for frying)
- 1 biscuit dough (any variety, the "pillsbury flake rolls" tasted the best!)
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 heat oil to 450.
- 2 cut individual biscuits into quarters.
- 3 place in oil for 2 minutes.
- 4 turn dough over using a fork.
- 5 cook an additional 2 minutes.
- 6 drain and place on a paper towel for a moment.
- 7 combine sugar and cinnamon in a large bag.
- 8 while still hot, place doughnuts in cinnamon sugar and shake.
- 9 best served hot.
