Irish Cream Macadamia Nut Pie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups white sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 3/4 cup irish cream liqueur
  • 1 1/3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups macadamia nuts
  • 1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch single crust pie

    Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 30 mins

    Ready Time: 2 hrs

  • cream together eggs, salt, sugar, and butter or margarine. blend in corn syrup and liqueur. stir in chocolate chips and nuts. pour filling into pie shell.
  • bake in a preheated 300 degrees f (150 degrees c) oven for 1 1/2 hours, or until browned. cool.
