Pecan Pie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup half-and-half cream
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust

    Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 50 mins Ready Time: 1 hr 10 mins

  • preheat oven to 350 degrees f (175 degrees c).
  • in a large bowl, beat eggs together with half-and-half. mix in sugar, flour, salt, molasses, corn syrup, vanilla, and . stir in pecans. pour into pie crust.
  • bake in preheated oven for 40 to 50 minutes, or until done.
