anise drops

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1 tablespoon anise seed

Recipe

  • preheat oven to 350 degrees f (175 degrees c).
  • combine the sugar and the beaten eggs and continue to beat for 15 minutes. stir in the flour, baking powder, cream of tartar and the anise seeds.
  • drop by teaspoonfuls a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees f (175 degrees c) for 15 minutes.
