Fresh And Fruity Cranberry Relish

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 4 cups cranberries
  • 2 oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 2 large apples, peeled and cored
  • 2 1/2 cups white sugar
  • 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 cup walnuts

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 15 mins Ready Time: 8 hrs 15 mins

  • coarsely grind cranberries, oranges, and apples in a food mill or grinder; put in a bowl. stir sugar, pineapple, and walnuts through the cranberry mixture.
  • cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate 8 hours to overnight.
