Flat Bread With Goat Cheese, Arugula, And Balsamic Glaze

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 4 ounces goat cheese
  • 8 ounces flat bread
  • 1 cup arugula, torn into bite sized pieces

Recipe

  • 1 in a sauce pan, pour in the vinegar, stir in the brown sugar and simmer until it is thick and reduced to about 1/3, about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 2 remove from the heat.
  • 3 spread the goat cheese on the crackers and top with arulgula.
  • 4 drizzle with the balsamic glaze and serve.
