Hot Mustard Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dry mustard
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

Recipe

  • 1 blend mustard and vinegar; let stand overnight.
  • 2 beat eggs and sugar until thick.
  • 3 add salt and garlic.
  • 4 combine with mustard mix and cook slowly until thickened, about 10-15 minutes.
  • 5 serve with pretzels or cubed ham.
