Meat And Egg Loaf

Ingredients

- 340 g minced beef
- 1 tablespoon tomato puree
- pepper
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1 pinch thyme
- 1 egg
- 1 onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 pinch allspice
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 hard-boiled egg
Recipe
- 1 preheat the oven to 190°c put all the ingredients in a bowl, except the hard-boiled egg, and mix until combined.
- 2 shape the meat mixture into a flat rectangle and place the hard boiled egg in the centre. roll the meat around the egg, using your fingers. place in a small 1lb loaf tin, cover with foil and cook for a further 10 minutes to brown the top.
- 3 serve hot with green vegetables of your choice or cold with a large mixed salad.
