Ingredients
- 2 cups fingerling potatoes or 2 cups diced potatoes
- 1 -2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 -2 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- 2 place potatoes in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. sprinkle with salt and pepper and rosemary leaves.
- 3 toss well to coat.
- 4 place on a baking sheet in the oven for 30 minutes.
