Ingredients

- 170 g butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour (285g)
- 60 g butter (for filling)
- 1 tablespoon golden syrup
- 200 g condensed milk (1/2 tin)
- coconut, for tin
Recipe
- 1 cream butter and sugar.
- 2 add vanilla and flour.
- 3 spread ¾ mix in slice tin.
- 4 heat filling until blended and spread over base.
- 5 crumble over remaining mix.
- 6 bake 180 degrees celcius for 20 minutes.
- 7 be careful not to overcook should be meltingly soft but still cooked.
