Tan Fingers

Ingredients

  • Servings: 20
  • 170 g butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups flour (285g)
  • 60 g butter (for filling)
  • 1 tablespoon golden syrup
  • 200 g condensed milk (1/2 tin)
  • coconut, for tin

Recipe

  • 1 cream butter and sugar.
  • 2 add vanilla and flour.
  • 3 spread ¾ mix in slice tin.
  • 4 heat filling until blended and spread over base.
  • 5 crumble over remaining mix.
  • 6 bake 180 degrees celcius for 20 minutes.
  • 7 be careful not to overcook should be meltingly soft but still cooked.
