Grilled Wrapped Franks

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 10 franks
  • 2 cups bisquick
  • 1/2 cup water
  • vegetable oil

Recipe

  • 1 pat franks dry.
  • 2 mix baking mix and water until soft dough forms; beat vigorously 20 strokes.
  • 3 divide dough into 10 equal parts.
  • 4 pat 1 part dough around each frank with finger floured with baking mix, completely covering frank.
  • 5 (at this point, wrapped franks can be covered and refrigerated up to 24 hours.) brush cooking grill with oil.
