Ingredients

• 1/2 cup sugar
• 4 bananas
• 1 cup self raising flour
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
• 1/2 cup milk

Recipe

• 1 cream butter, sugar, add eggs.
• 2 add sifted flour,.
• 3 add banana.
• 4 add soda dissolved in milk.
• 5 beat until smooth and creamy.
• 6 bake in preheated 180 c oven 30 - 45 mins or til done.
