Smarties Cookie

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 14
  • 4 ounces butter
  • 4 ounces light brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon golden syrup
  • 6 ounces self-rising flour
  • 3 ounces smarties candies (2 to 3 tubes )

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven 180 degrees celsius, gas 4.
  • 2 beat butter and sugar in a bowl until light and fluffy.
  • 3 beat in the syrup.
  • 4 work in half the flour.
  • 5 stir in the smarties with the remaining flour.
  • 6 work the dough together with your fingers.
  • 7 divide into 14 balls.
