Low-fat Triple Fruit Pizza

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 40 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 16
  • 1 (18 ounce) package refrigerated sugar cookie dough, softened
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 1 (8 ounce) package fat free cream cheese, softened
  • 2 teaspoons powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3/4 cup peach preserves
  • 3 peaches, peeled and chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 3 kiwi, peeled and chopped
  • 2 teaspoons grated lemons, zest of

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 shape dough into a ball and place on cookie sheet.
  • 3 flatten slightly, sprinkle with flour and roll into a 12 inch circle.
  • 4 bake 18-20 minutes.
  • 5 in a small bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  • 6 spread evenly over cookie.
  • 7 spread preserves over cream cheese.
  • 8 top cookie with chopped fruit.
  • 9 sprinkle with lemon zest.
  • 10 immediately cut into wedges and serve.
