Lamb With Sweet Onion Marmellata

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 large onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup orange marmalade
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 3/4 lbs boneless lamb loin chops
  • 1/4 cup parsley

Recipe

  • 1 for the onion marmellata, place a large, heavy pot over medium-high heat.
  • 2 add the olive oil and the onions.
