The Real Italian Tiramisu

Ingredients
- cocoa powder
- coffee
- 500 g mascarpone cheese
- 6 eggs
- 120 g sugar
- 400 g ladyfingers
Recipe
- 1 beat the egg yolks with sugar until you get something like an eggnog then add the mascarpone cheese and mix well the mixture.
- 2 whisk the egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt.gently add to the mix and work with care.
- 3 make coffee and add 2 tablespoon of sugar.
- 4 prepare a roasting pan or tray.
- 5 dip the savoiardi in the coffee and form a layer then spread on a generous coat of cream.
- 6 sprinkle entire surface with cocoa.
- 7 continue like this for three layers or more if you prefer.
- 8 place the tiramisù in the fridge for a few hours before serving.
