- 1 large boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup plain yogurt
Recipe
- 1 preheat the oven to 400 f and spray a baking pan with non-stick spray.
- 2 cut the chicken breast into strips.
- 3 coat each strip in the yogurt, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- 4 cook for about seven minutes, then flip and cook seven more.
- 5 serve with your favourite dipping sauce (marinara, ranch dressing, ketchup, mustard, honey -- etc!).
