Low-fat Yogurt Chicken Fingers

Total Time: 19 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 14 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 large boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup plain yogurt

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the oven to 400 f and spray a baking pan with non-stick spray.
  • 2 cut the chicken breast into strips.
  • 3 coat each strip in the yogurt, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  • 4 cook for about seven minutes, then flip and cook seven more.
  • 5 serve with your favourite dipping sauce (marinara, ranch dressing, ketchup, mustard, honey -- etc!).
