Rice Krispies Colada

Total Time: 17 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) bag miniature marshmallows
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 -3 tablespoons ground coffee
  • 3 cups rice krispies

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • 2 add marshmallows to melted butter and stir with a spoon/spatula until they just begin to melt.
  • 3 add in pilon (or other cuban coffee blend) coffee grounds.
  • 4 mix until smooth, then remove from heat.
  • 5 add in cereal and mix until cereal and marshmallow mix is evenly blended.
  • 6 turn out mixture onto a greased baking dish.
  • 7 coat hands with cooking spray and pack down rice krispy treats tightly into the baking dish.
  • 8 cut into squares and enjoy!
