tanya's ginger punch
Ingredients

- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 (1 inch) pieces crystallized ginger
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- 3 cups orange juice
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 liter lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage

Ready Time: 30 mins
- in a sauce pan, combine water, sugar, crystallized ginger and cinnamon sticks. bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. remove from heat and set aside to cool.
- pour syrup into a pitcher. add orange, pineapple and lemon juice. chill in refrigerator. when ready to serve, pour into a punch bowl and slowly add the lemon-lime soda.
