Healthy Mediterranean Feta Dip #1 (spicy)

Ingredients

  • 3/4 crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 large garlic cloves (smashed and finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 3 fresh dill, sprigs (chopped) (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 in a bowl using a strainer and paper towel drain the yogurt from excess water for about 30 minute.
  • 2 in a separate bowl mix the above ingredients including the drained yogurt.
  • 3 serve with warm pita bread (or tortillas) wedges brushed with olive oil.bon apetit!
