Super Easy Cheese And Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 24
  • 24 fresh mushrooms, stems removed
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 4 ounces feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped green onion
  • garlic salt
  • ground pepper
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 wipe mushrooms clean with a damp towel.
  • 3 thaw spinach and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
  • 4 in mixing bowl combine all ingredients except mushrooms and parmesan.
  • 5 mix well (do not use electric mixer).
  • 6 fill mushroom caps with mixture and place on cookie sheet.
  • 7 sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
  • 8 bake 15-20 minutes.
  • 9 serve warm.
