Tuna Salad #2

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 (6 ounce) cans tuna
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons minced red onions
  • 2 tablespoons pickle relish
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley leaves
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Recipe

  • 1 drain tuna in a colander, shredding with fingers until no clumps remain, and texture is fine and even.
  • 2 transfer to a bowl.
  • 3 mix in remaining ingredients except mayonnaise, and stir until evenly blended.
  • 4 fold in mayonnaise until tuna mixture is evenly moistened.
