Pink Pinwheels

Ingredients

  • Servings: 16
  • 8 ounces light cream cheese (softened)
  • 4 ounces 97% fat-free cooked ham, diced (i use the kind that comes already diced in a bag)
  • 1 tablespoon salsa
  • 1 tablespoon light sour cream
  • 8 -10 tortillas

Recipe

  • 1 place cream cheese in food processor and pulse a few times.
  • 2 add diced ham and pulse until the ham is well mixed with the cream cheese. (the mixture should start to become pink.).
  • 3 add salsa, pulse until entire mixture is pink.
  • 4 add sour cream, blend until entire mixture is smooth.
  • 5 take each tortilla and spread the mixture evenly over one side. (amount will change depending on size of tortilla - use what you see fit!)
  • 6 roll tortilla up tightly, wrap in foil.
  • 7 repeat this with every tortilla.
  • 8 place wrapped tortillas in fridge and leave there for at least an hour. (overnight will make them much better, trust me!) :-).
  • 9 take tortillas out and slice each into 1/2 in-1 in pieces, laying down on an appetizer tray horizontally.
  • 10 enjoy!
