Mandarin Munchies

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 2 (5 ounce) cans chow mein noodles
  • 2 cups unsalted peanuts
  • 4 cups toasted oat cereal (like cheerios)

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients, spread on large cookie sheet at 250 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
