Spinach & Artichoke Dip

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 package frozen chopped spinach, thaw & drain
  • alfredo sauce
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic
  • diced red onion
  • shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 jar artichoke heart, chopped fine & drained

Recipe

  • 1 add drained spinach to alfredo sauce in mixing bowl.
  • 2 add spices& red onion.
  • 3 add shredded mozzarella until thick.
  • 4 add drained artichoke hearts.
  • 5 to serve: in fry pan warm mixture but do not boil as oil will come out of cheese.
  • 6 place mixture in oven safe dish.
  • 7 sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese& broil for 2 minutes to brown cheese.
  • 8 serve with tortilla chips or lightly toasted bread fingers.
