Spinach & Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 package frozen chopped spinach, thaw & drain
- alfredo sauce
- salt
- pepper
- garlic
- diced red onion
- shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 jar artichoke heart, chopped fine & drained
Recipe
- 1 add drained spinach to alfredo sauce in mixing bowl.
- 2 add spices& red onion.
- 3 add shredded mozzarella until thick.
- 4 add drained artichoke hearts.
- 5 to serve: in fry pan warm mixture but do not boil as oil will come out of cheese.
- 6 place mixture in oven safe dish.
- 7 sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese& broil for 2 minutes to brown cheese.
- 8 serve with tortilla chips or lightly toasted bread fingers.
