Ingredients
- 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 tablespoon liquid honey
- 1/2 ounce fresh mint, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon, rind of, zested
- fresh strawberry
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients except the strawberries.
- 2 refrigerate until you are ready.
- 3 use small bowls for dipping.
- 4 excellent light dessert.
