Sauerkraut Balls

Ingredients

- 1 jar sauerkraut
- 1 lb bob evans hot sausage
- 1 lb ground chuck
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 3 tablespoons parsley
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup progresso italian breadcrumbs
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
Recipe
- 1 drain sauerkraut and chop.
- 2 mix with lamb, beef, onion, parsley, seasoning, sugar, salt and pepper.
- 3 fry till meat is browned.
- 4 remove from heat and stir in bread crumbs add 2 eggs and mix well.
- 5 let cool.
- 6 form into balls beat 1 egg and milk together.
- 7 dip into milk mixture then crumb mixture and fry till golden brown.
