Southern Comfort Balls!

Ingredients

- 3 cups vanilla wafers, crushed
- 1 cup pecans, chopped fine
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons light karo syrup
- 2 1/3 tablespoons dark cocoa, special dark
- 1/2 cup southern comfort
- powdered sugar, for coating the cookies
- colored crystal sugar, for coating the cookies
Recipe
- 1 place wafers and pecans in food processor and pulse till crumbly.
- 2 add the next 4 ingredients and pulse till smooth.
- 3 shape into balls about 1 inch in diameter. using wet hands and cool kitchen so they don`t stick and for easy handling.
- 4 roll in powdered sugar and chill.
- 5 or if this method works for you try keeping finger and palms dusted with sugar while shaping cookies.
- 6 better if stored in an air tight container for at least a week!
