Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 12 large mushroom caps
- 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup diced italian sausage
- 1/2 minced garlic clove
- 1/4 cup cracker crumb
- 1 1/2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons minced parsley
- 1/8 teaspoon oregano
- 1 dash salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 wash mushrooms.
- 2 remove and chop stems.
- 3 set mushroom caps aside.
- 4 in skillet, combine chopped stems, butter, onion, sausage and garlic.
- 5 cook on high for 2-3 minutes stir occasionally.
- 6 remove from heat and add cracker crumbs, cheese, parsley, oregano and salt and pepper, stir to blend.
- 7 mound mixture in mushroom caps and place in pyrex baking dish.
- 8 place in microwave and cook covered on high for 4 minutes or until hot.
