- 1 1/2 ounces swordfish
- 1 teaspoon cooking oil
- 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon mirin
- 1/2 tablespoon sake
- 1/2 tablespoon water
- japanese roasted nori, seaweed
Recipe
- 1 slice the swordfish into 3/8” strips. sauté in oil.
- 2 add the liquid ingredients and bring to a boil. cook the swordfish until well glazed.
- 3 remove from pan and wrap with strips of roasted seaweed.
