Swordfish Fingers

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 1/2 ounces swordfish
  • 1 teaspoon cooking oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon mirin
  • 1/2 tablespoon sake
  • 1/2 tablespoon water
  • japanese roasted nori, seaweed

Recipe

  • 1 slice the swordfish into 3/8” strips. sauté in oil.
  • 2 add the liquid ingredients and bring to a boil. cook the swordfish until well glazed.
  • 3 remove from pan and wrap with strips of roasted seaweed.
