Peanuts & Parmesan "nuts"

Ingredients
- Servings: 20
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup flour, topped
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup salty peanuts
Recipe
- 1 put everything except peanuts in your mixer and blend quickly together.
- 2 take out of the mixer bowl and blend in peanuts with your hands.
- 3 shape into lengths as thick as a finger directly on an oven tray on a parchment paper; chill for 1 hour or so.
- 4 slice into bite size pieces with a sharp knife.
- 5 bake in 200°c/390°f for about 10 minutes or until they are slightly golden.
