Tiramisu

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 200 g mascarpone
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar or 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 cups coffee
  • 2 tablespoons brandy (optional)
  • 200 g ladyfingers
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa

Recipe

  • 1 beat egg yolks with sugar until creamy.
  • 2 add mascarpone.
