Ingredients
- 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1 cup unsalted cashews
- 1 cup oyster crackers
Recipe
- 1 melt chocolate in a medium saucepan over low heat.
- 2 stir in cinnamon.
- 3 fold in cashews and crackers.
- 4 drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.
- 5 cool completely and store in an airtight container.
