French Toast

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 egg
  • 4 slices bread
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • oil, to fry
  • 1/2 cup milk

Recipe

  • 1 beat the egg in a bowl until light and fluffy.
  • 2 add the milk and mix well.
  • 3 stir in the sugar.
  • 4 then, dip each bread slice in this mixture.
  • 5 heat oil in a pan.
  • 6 fry the bread slices one by one in the hot oil, until cooked on either side.
  • 7 remove from pan, drain out excess oil on paper towels and serve hot.
  • 8 enjoy!
