Ingredients

- 1 egg
- 4 slices bread
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- oil, to fry
- 1/2 cup milk
Recipe
- 1 beat the egg in a bowl until light and fluffy.
- 2 add the milk and mix well.
- 3 stir in the sugar.
- 4 then, dip each bread slice in this mixture.
- 5 heat oil in a pan.
- 6 fry the bread slices one by one in the hot oil, until cooked on either side.
- 7 remove from pan, drain out excess oil on paper towels and serve hot.
- 8 enjoy!
