smoked salmon bruschetta

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 tablespoons pine nuts
  • 2 tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 4 ounces smoked salmon, finely chopped
  • 4 ounces mozzarella cheese, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 slices french bread
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to broil.
  • 2 in a small bowl, mix pine nuts, tomatoes, cheese, salmon and olive oil.
  • 3 add pepper to taste.
  • 4 toast bread in the oven.
  • 5 take out of the oven and rub each one with the garlic.
  • 6 put some bruschetta mix on each slice of bread.
  • 7 add basil.
  • 8 serve.
