smoked salmon bruschetta

Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons pine nuts 
 
- 2 tomatoes, seeded and diced 
 
- 4 ounces smoked salmon, finely chopped 
 
- 4 ounces mozzarella cheese, diced 
 
- 2 tablespoons olive oil 
 
- 8 slices french bread 
 
- 1 clove garlic 
 
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped 
 
-  black pepper 
 
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to broil. 
 
- 2 in a small bowl, mix pine nuts, tomatoes, cheese, salmon and olive oil. 
 
- 3 add pepper to taste. 
 
- 4 toast bread in the oven. 
 
- 5 take out of the oven and rub each one with the garlic. 
 
- 6 put some bruschetta mix on each slice of bread. 
 
- 7 add basil.
