Parmesan And Thyme Crisps

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 80 g parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 teaspoons thyme (or basil, parsley, oregano, etc.)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 200c/400°f.
  • 2 line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
  • 3 divide cheese into small heaps on the baking sheet, spaced apart, to make 16 in total.
  • 4 sprinkle a bit of your chosen herb(s) over each heap of cheese.
  • 5 bake for 4-5 minutes until melted, lacy and golden.
  • 6 remove and set aside for 1 minute to firm up a little.
  • 7 lay each crisp on a rolling pin to curve it slightly, then cool.
  • 8 serve as finger food or along side or as a garnish on creamy soup.
