Ingredients
- Servings: 2
- 3 ounces freshly brewed espresso (or strong coffee, double strength recommended)
- 12 ounces skim milk
Recipe
- 1 pour cold milk into a saucepan and heat on medium heat just until too hot to put your finger into it.
- 2 pour espresso into 2 mugs.
- 3 pour the steamed milk into mugs over the brewed espresso.
- 4 enjoy!
