Smoked Salmon Pizza

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 small prepared pizza crust, single serve (about 5 inches across)
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, crushed
  • 8 slices smoked salmon
  • 4 tablespoons sour cream
  • dill, to garnish

Recipe

  • 1 combine olive oil and garlic. brush over pizza bases. sprinkle with cheese.
  • 2 bake at 150c until base is cooked, and cheese is melted, about 20 minutes.
  • 3 remove from oven, and cut into quarters.
  • 4 cut each slice of salmon in half, so you have 16 pieces, about 5cm square. roll each piece of salmon, and place 1 slice on each slice of pizza. top salmon with a small dollop of sour cream, and top with a very small amount of dill.
