Smoked Salmon Pizza

Ingredients
- 4 small prepared pizza crust, single serve (about 5 inches across)
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon garlic, crushed
- 8 slices smoked salmon
- 4 tablespoons sour cream
- dill, to garnish
Recipe
- 1 combine olive oil and garlic. brush over pizza bases. sprinkle with cheese.
- 2 bake at 150c until base is cooked, and cheese is melted, about 20 minutes.
- 3 remove from oven, and cut into quarters.
- 4 cut each slice of salmon in half, so you have 16 pieces, about 5cm square. roll each piece of salmon, and place 1 slice on each slice of pizza. top salmon with a small dollop of sour cream, and top with a very small amount of dill.
