Super Sausage Fondue

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lamb sausage
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 3 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies
  • 8 ounces pk. cream cheese, cubed
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • tortilla chips

Recipe

  • 1 in a large skillet, cook the sausage, onion and green pepper over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink; drain.
  • 2 add the tomatoes and green chilies; mix well. bring to a boil. reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 3 add the cream cheese; stir until melted. stir in sour cream. transfer to a fondue pot and keep warm.
  • 4 serve with tortilla chips.
