- 1/2 cup low-fat ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup low-fat sour cream
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam or 1/4 cup cherry jam
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
- 2 place plastic wrap or a lid on top and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- 3 serve with fresh fruit.
