Lemon-rosemary Turkey Fingers

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 lb turkey, cut into 3/4 inch strips
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon rosemary, dehydrated, crumbled
- 2 teaspoons lemon rind, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup chili sauce
Recipe
- 1 in small bowl, mix together mayonnaise and lemon juice; brush over turkey strips to coat. in a separate bowl, mix together breadcrumbs, parmesan and seasonings.
- 2 dip turkey strips into crumbs to coat. place on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
- 3 bake at 375 degrees fahrenheit 4 to 6 minutes each side, until no longer pink, depending on oven.
- 4 serve with warm dipping sauce.
- 5 dipping sauce: in small saucepan, over medium-low heat, mix together cranberry sauce and chili sauce; heat until hot.
