Maple Chicken Wings

Ingredients

- 1 -4 lb chicken wings
- 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 cup light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 -2 cup pure maple syrup
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°.
- 2 remove wing tips and snip the skin between the joints.
- 3 place in disposable large baking pan.
- 4 add the maple syrup, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- 5 toss to coat.
- 6 place pan on baking sheet and bake for approximately 1 hour, tossing every 15 to 20 minute the liquid will gradually evaporate the longer you cook it.
- 7 after 1 hour, increase the oven temperature to 425°.
- 8 turn wings to coat evenly and cook on additional 45 minute.
