Maple Chicken Wings

Total Time: 2 hrs Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 -4 lb chicken wings
  • 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 cup light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 -2 cup pure maple syrup

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°.
  • 2 remove wing tips and snip the skin between the joints.
  • 3 place in disposable large baking pan.
  • 4 add the maple syrup, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  • 5 toss to coat.
  • 6 place pan on baking sheet and bake for approximately 1 hour, tossing every 15 to 20 minute the liquid will gradually evaporate the longer you cook it.
  • 7 after 1 hour, increase the oven temperature to 425°.
  • 8 turn wings to coat evenly and cook on additional 45 minute.
