Ingredients
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 1/2 lb ground round
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1/4 teaspoon sage
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 20 small rolls, split
Recipe
- 1 sauté onion in butter for 1 minute.
- 2 transfer to large bowl.
- 3 add ground round, egg and seasonings.
- 4 spread onto bottom half of rolls.
- 5 put tops on rolls.
- 6 place on baking sheet; cover with foil.
- 7 bake at 350°f for 20 minutes.
