Mulberry Jam

Ingredients
- 3 cups mulberries (crushed & stemmed)
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 (1 3/4 ounce) package dry pectin
- 6 cups granulated sugar
Recipe
- 1 prepare canner, jars & lids.
- 2 combine mulberries & lemon juice.
- 3 whisk in pectin.
- 4 boil over high heat.
- 5 add sugar & return to boil.
- 6 boil hard for 1 minute.
- 7 remove from heat; skim off foam.
- 8 fill jars, leaving 1/4" headspace.
- 9 wipe off rim; place lids, screw on bands fingertip tight; process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
