Ingredients
- Servings: 60
- 1 cup mashed potatoes
- 1 lb powdered sugar
- 1 lb flaked coconut
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 6 ounces chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup paraffin wax
Recipe
- 1 mix potatoes, sugar, coconut and extract together.
- 2 refrigerate 1 hour.
- 3 shape into walnut sized balls.
- 4 melt chips and paraffin over low heat.
- 5 coat balls and place on waxed paper to harden.
- 6 cool and enjoy.
