Ritz Corn Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 35 ritz crackers
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 (14 ounce) cans creamed corn
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon milk (enough to make a paste)
Recipe
- 1 crush the ritz crackers close to a powder consistency.
- 2 add the melted butter to crackers and mix with hands until crumbly.
- 3 spread half of cracker mixture on bottom of a square casserole dish, pressing down with fingers to make a crust.
- 4 heat creamed corn on stove until warm throughout.
- 5 add eggs and stir until combined.
- 6 mix flour with just enough milk to make a thick paste.
- 7 add flour paste to corn mixture.
- 8 stir well and heat throughout.
- 9 pour into casserole dish.
- 10 bake 30 minutes at 400 or until firm.
- 11 add remaining crackers to form a top crust and bake additional 10 minutes.
